An AI director that cuts reels
from the clips you send to a bot
A prototype pipeline: a Telegram bot collects photos and videos, speech is transcribed locally with word timestamps, scenes and best moments are detected with a vision model, an AI director on Claude writes an exact JSON timeline (hook in the first 1.5 seconds, cuts on beats, karaoke captions, transitions), and ffmpeg renders with subtitles, Ken Burns on photos and music ducking. Revisions through inline buttons without re-analysing sources.
What it shows
The pattern behind our content agents: a model decides, deterministic tools execute. The director writes a timeline as data; ffmpeg does the cutting; beats come from audio analysis, not from guessing. Revisions edit the timeline, so the expensive analysis runs once.
