Find where the money leaks
before spending more of it
The best growth we have produced started with stopping: stop the ads, look at the recordings and the numbers, fix the leaks, then turn traffic back on. This service is that first step, packaged: two weeks, a written plan, no obligation to continue with us.
What we look at
The funnel as users see it. Session recordings, rage clicks, drop-offs, checkout steps, mobile speed. Numbers like “rage clicks on the minus button 49 times” or “checkout conversion fell from 22.8% to 1.5% over five months” tell the story faster than any survey.
Ad accounts. Objectives, events, audiences, creatives, feed health, spend by platform and placement. We have found accounts optimising for add-to-cart while purchases fell, and Instagram conversations costing 2.7 times more than Facebook ones in the same account.
Tracking. What the analytics sees versus what the bank sees. The gap is usually large and always expensive.
Unit economics. CAC, average check, churn, LTV, payback by channel and country, built on your real exports. For one subscription app this showed an LTV/CAC of 0.61 and exactly which churn reduction would make it 2.4.
Competitors and market. Ads libraries, prices, distribution, reviews, search demand. Run by research agents, verified by a human, with sources.
What you get
A written document: the leaks ranked by impact, the evidence for each, the fix, the owner and the estimated effect. A developer brief where code is needed. A 90-day plan where the package includes it. A call to walk through it.
Why people who build should audit
An auditor who has never run an ad account or shipped a checkout recommends surveys and brand workshops. We recommend the three things that will move the number next month, because we have had to make that call with our own money.

FAQ
Will the audit just recommend hiring you?
The plan is written so that any competent team can execute it. Many clients do part of it in-house. If we think you should not spend money with us, we say so.
What do you need from us?
Read access to the site analytics, session recordings (we set them up if missing), ad accounts, store or CRM exports, and one hour of the founder's time.
Do you audit apps as well as sites?
Yes. We have audited a trading app with 46 tools across iOS and web, from onboarding and retention to broker connections and page speed, and delivered a 14-page brief to its developers.
