Who we are. Senator Media (senator.media) is a software development and marketing studio. Contact: see the Contact page.

What we collect. When you send a request form, we store the name, contact and message you typed, the page you sent it from, the language, your time zone and marketing parameters from the link you came from (UTM). This is needed to answer you and to understand which channel brought you. Legal basis: your request (pre-contractual steps) and our legitimate interest in answering it.

Where it goes. The request is delivered to the founders' Telegram and stored in our own database on a server in the EU. It is not sold or shared with third parties.

Analytics. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or PostHog load only after you click “Accept” in the cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice by clearing the site data in your browser.

Retention. Requests are kept for 24 months and then deleted. You can ask for a copy or deletion of your data at any time via the contacts on the Contact page.

Your rights. Under GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Write to us and we will answer within 30 days.
