Your developer left. Others refuse to touch the code.
We take it over and fix it, no rewrite.
Most developers say the same thing about someone else's code: it is easier to rewrite. That costs you months and the price of a new product. We do the opposite. We read the code you already paid for, fix what is broken, write down how it works and hand it back in a state any developer, or a person with an AI assistant, can keep running. You pay once for the rescue, not forever for dependence.
Who this is for
The developer disappeared. The site, bot or app works, mostly, and nobody knows how. Every new contractor says it is easier to start over.
The product grew faster than the code. It made money, then changes started breaking other things. Fixes take weeks.
You inherited it. A merger, a new role, a partner who left. You own a product you cannot change.
What we do
- Audit. We read the code and the servers and write down how it works, what is broken and what is risky, with a price for each fix.
- Stabilise. Critical fixes first: whatever loses money, leaks data or blocks sales.
- Fix without rewriting. We repair and improve the code you already paid for. Rebuild only where the audit proves it is cheaper.
- Document and hand over. Architecture, a guide for the next developer, a guide for running it with an AI assistant, tests on the important parts.
- Your choice. Your team runs it, another developer runs it, or we keep running it on a monthly plan.
Why us
We do not sell dependence. Every product we touch is left in a state where anyone can pick it up. That is also why we can take over other people’s code: we built our own way of reading, fixing and documenting systems quickly, and we use it every week on our own products.
Post nos, futurum.
Packages and pricing
A written report on someone else's code: how it is built, what is broken, what is risky, what to fix first and what each fix costs.
- Read-through of the codebase and servers
- List of bugs and risks by severity
- Map of how the system works
- Fix plan with prices
- Credited against the rescue
We fix what is broken, stabilise the product, write the documentation and hand it over so it no longer depends on any single developer.
- Critical fixes and stabilisation
- Tests on the parts that move money or data
- Documentation and a guide for the next developer
- Guide for running it with an AI assistant
- Handover session with your team
- 30 days of warranty on our fixes
Same rescue, then we stay on to make changes and keep it running. Leave whenever you want, the handover package is already in place.
- Everything in Rescue and handover
- Monthly support plan
- New features on the rescued base
- Response within 2 hours in working time
Prices are starting points for typical scope. The exact number comes with a written plan after a 30-minute call; it does not change once agreed.
Structure, documentation and tests ship with every build, so any developer, or a person with an AI assistant, can continue without us. If you want us to keep making changes, support and development by our team start at $500 a month.
FAQ
Why do other developers refuse to work with existing code?
Reading someone else's code takes time and carries risk, and a rewrite is easier to sell. For you it means paying twice. We read first and decide second: in most projects the right answer is to fix, not to rebuild.
What if the code is really bad?
The audit says so in writing, with numbers. If a part truly needs rebuilding, we rebuild only that part and keep the rest. You decide with the full picture, not a sales pitch.
What do you need to start?
Access to the code repository or the server, any credentials the product uses, and 30 minutes with whoever knows how the business uses it. If the previous developer left nothing, we start from the live product.
Which technologies do you take over?
Python, PHP, JavaScript and TypeScript, Node, React, Next.js, WordPress, Shopify, Tilda, Telegram and WhatsApp bots, mobile apps on React Native, Kotlin and Swift, PostgreSQL and MySQL. If it is something unusual, the audit says honestly whether we are the right team.
Do I depend on you after the rescue?
No. That is the point. You get documentation, tests and a handover guide, and any developer or a person with an AI assistant can continue. If you want us to keep making changes, that is a monthly plan you can stop at any time.
