If it happens on a screen,
we can automate it with AI
Everything your team does in a browser, a messenger, a spreadsheet or an inbox can be done by an agent with the right tools and the right guards. We have automated catalogue pricing for 25,000 products, order books from Telegram chats, video production, product cards, lead routing and factory accounting. The catalogue below lists what we automate most often; if your process is not there, it is still probably doable.
The catalogue
More than a hundred processes, grouped by function, each with what is automated, what stays with a person, the guards, price from and timeline: browse the automations catalogue.
Sales and support. Lead qualification, routing, follow-ups, quotes, order status, refunds, review replies, FAQ answers in every messenger.
Marketing and content. Ad reporting, creative variants, product descriptions, SEO briefs, posts and newsletters, competitor and price monitoring, UTM hygiene.
Documents and data. Invoices and receipts, contracts from templates, data entry, OCR, cleaning and deduplication, spreadsheet workflows, weekly reports written in plain language.
Finance, HR and operations. Expense categorisation, reconciliation, payroll inputs, candidate screening, onboarding, scheduling, inventory alerts, supplier emails.
Development and IT. Code review, test generation, release notes, log triage, uptime monitoring, documentation.
How it runs
- Map. One session with the people who do the work: inputs, rules, exceptions, volume.
- Split. What the agent does, what a person approves, what stays manual.
- Build. Agent, script or both, with tests and a dry run on real data.
- Guard and launch. Approval queue, limits, logs, alerts, kill switch. Documentation for the team.
- Measure. Hours saved and failures caught, reviewed monthly.
Why us
We run our own businesses on these automations: a marketplace with an AI money auditor, a content pipeline with a critic agent, an analytics warehouse with an AI analyst in Telegram. Every pattern we sell has been tested on our own money first.

Structure, documentation and tests ship with every build, so any developer, or a person with an AI assistant, can continue without us. If you want us to keep making changes, support and development by our team start at $500 a month.
FAQ
What can and cannot be automated?
Anything with a repeatable rule and digital inputs can be automated: reading, sorting, drafting, calculating, syncing, alerting. What stays with humans: decisions with money or legal weight, anything the rule cannot describe, and the final approval of customer-facing output. We tell you the split before we quote.
How do you keep an agent from breaking things?
Guards: approval queues for risky steps, rate limits, budget caps, logs of every action, dry-run mode before go-live, and a kill switch. We learned these on our own marketplaces and ad accounts.
Which tools do you connect?
Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Notion, Slack, Telegram, WhatsApp, LINE, CRMs, Shopify and marketplaces, payment and delivery providers, ad platforms, databases, any REST API, and screen automation when there is no API.
