Stores and marketplaces
engineered for margin

We have built our own online stores and a digital-goods marketplace, so we know where money leaks: wrong prices in the ad feed, orders the analytics cannot see, products sold below cost, delivery that needs a human at 3 a.m. We build the guards first and the design second.

What we do

Store audits. Session recordings, speed, catalogue structure, reviews, discounts, feed health, tracking. On one Shopify store we found 81% of products outside any category, reviews widget installed with zero reviews, and no compare-at prices on 49 products. On another store’s Meta feed, prices were hundreds below real and 26 of 83 products led to error pages. Fixing those is worth more than a redesign.

Store builds. Catalogue and product data normalisation (37 products became 7 lines and 43 SKUs in one project), platform choice, local payments and delivery, promo engines with up to eight mechanics, loyalty points, bundles, blog, AI product consultant, ad feeds, Lighthouse 90+ on mobile. We have shipped stores for Thailand and Ukraine with their specific payment and address rules.

Marketplace automation for digital goods. A normalised catalogue across 19 regions, 170,000+ regional prices, a pricing engine that accounts for platform fees and keeps a margin floor, supplier integrations with lowest-price selection, 25,746 listings prepared for two marketplaces, competitor price collection with filters for noise, and guards on delivery. Our own marketplace runs on this, with 2,000+ products and an AI “money auditor” watching every order.

Loyalty and retention. Points, cashback, referrals, bundles designed from market-basket analysis of real orders, win-back flows in Telegram and LINE.

How it runs

  1. Audit of what exists: store, feeds, tracking, orders, margins.
  2. Plan with numbers: what changes, what it should move, what it costs.
  3. Build with guards: margin floors, idempotent orders, stock checks, rate limits on external APIs.
  4. Launch and measure: tracking to revenue, weekly review of the first month.

Stack

Shopify and its APIs, WordPress and WooCommerce, Next.js and FastAPI with PostgreSQL and Redis for custom stores, payment providers (Stripe, Opn, LiqPay, crypto gateways, Telegram Stars), delivery APIs, Meta and Google catalogue feeds, marketplace APIs (Digiseller and others), PostHog and GA4.

FAQ

Shopify, WordPress or custom?

Shopify when you need to launch fast and the catalogue is standard. WordPress and WooCommerce when content matters and the budget is tight. Custom when you need local payments, a promo engine or logic the platforms do not support. We have run all three and will recommend honestly.

What is a margin guard?

A rule that stops any listing or order where the price would fall below cost plus platform fees. On our own marketplace a verification run checked 864 orders and found zero below cost. It sounds obvious; most stores do not have it.

Can you work with Thai, Ukrainian or Kazakh payment and delivery providers?

Yes. We have integrated PromptPay and Opn, LiqPay and Monobank, Nova Poshta, Shippop, COD flows with idempotency, Telegram Stars and crypto gateways.
