It uses the customer’s Telegram identity automatically, so there is no separate signup. We start every project by deciding honestly which one you actually need - a Mini App you do not need is just a slower bot.
How it goes, step by step
- Texts and token. You send us the copy for menus and FAQ answers, and create a bot with BotFather in your own name. We tell you exactly what to send.
- Build. We wire the flow, test the payment and admin paths, and set up monitoring before anything goes live.
- Demo in your own chat. You try the real bot in your own Telegram, not a screenshot.
- Launch. Live on your bot account, with admin access and a short runbook.
- One round of edits. Within 7 days on the starter bot, by agreement on business bots and Mini Apps, before anything beyond scope is priced separately.
Honest limits
Telegram sets its own rules on how often and when a bot can message someone, and we build inside those limits, not around them. Payments by card go through a licensed provider - we do not run payments ourselves. Where a part of the flow uses an AI agent instead of fixed buttons, it introduces itself as an AI assistant at the start of every conversation. A bot is only as fast as the person who answers what it cannot - plan for that handoff before launch, not after the first complaint.

Can you really build a bot in 5 working days?
Yes, within the starter scope: a menu, up to 10 commands or screens, FAQ answers from a text you give us, and a lead or order form. The 5 days start once we have your texts and a bot token from BotFather, not from the day you ask. Anything beyond that scope is priced separately before we start.
What if I need more than the starter bot covers?
We tell you the extra price before touching the work, not after. Most clients start with the starter bot and see it live. Then they add payments, a CRM connection or a Mini App screen once they know what customers actually ask for.
Who owns the bot - can I take it and leave?
You do. The bot runs on your own Telegram account from day one, with the BotFather token in your name. The source code is yours on payment, as set in the contract. If you ever want to move it to another developer, there is nothing locked to us.
Do I need a bot, a Mini App, or both?
A bot is enough for notifications, a simple order form, or quick questions. A Mini App earns its cost once you need a real catalogue, a booking calendar, or a loyalty program with screens a chat alone cannot show well. Most growing shops end up with both: a bot for alerts, a Mini App for browsing and paying.
