Hire a person
or hand the work over

Salary is only part of what an employee costs. Add taxes, hiring, months of ramp-up, turnover, software and your management time, and compare with routine handover and an AI agent for the same workload.

How we calculate

01

Full month of an employee

W = salary × (1 + taxes and payroll)

02

Employee over the horizon

hiring + W × (1 - ramp-up output) × ramp-up months + (W + software + your hours × your hour) × H + turnover × H ÷ 12 × (hiring + ramp-up)

03

Routine handover

(fee + your hours × your hour) × H + fee × (1 - output) × ramp-up months

The routine audit counts toward the first month, so it isn't added separately.

04

AI agent and people

agent price + (running costs + your hours × your hour + W × (1 - agent share)) × H + W × agent share × (1 - output) × ramp-up months

05

Break-even

the first month where an option's cumulative cost ≤ the employee's cumulative cost

Honest about the math

All employee figures and assumptions (agent share, its running costs, ramp-up output) are an illustrative example - enter your own. Our prices are “from” prices, exact ones come after a routine audit. The calculation compares the same workload and leaves out what is hard to count: a person's knowledge of the company and the risk of agent mistakes.

This is a reference point, not a promise of results. Our prices here are “from” prices, the exact amount is fixed in writing after an audit.

Questions

Why does an employee cost more than their salary?

On top of salary come taxes and payroll, hiring, months of ramp-up at half speed, turnover (searching again) and your management time. The calculator shows each of these separately in the formulas.

Will an AI agent fully replace a person?

No. That is why in the agent option people do the rest of the work and their cost is in the calculation. You set the agent share yourself.

How is routine handover different from an agency?

Agents do the repetitive work around the clock, our person watches the queue every day, and you approve only what matters. Monthly, with no long contract.

What if hiring drags on?

Increase the ramp-up months and the hiring cost - the calculator will show the real price of a long search.
