The easiest next sale
is to someone who already trusts you
A customer who already bought once is the easiest audience to sell to again, and most brands waste that advantage with a generic recommended-products block instead of an offer timed to an actual need. We build campaigns around the moment a second purchase actually makes sense.
Where the money leaks today
Most stores show a “customers also bought” block at checkout and call that cross-sell, when the products shown are often generic best-sellers rather than items that actually complement what is already in the cart, and the timing is fixed at checkout regardless of whether that is actually the right moment for that customer.
The bigger gap is post-purchase: a customer who bought a product that typically needs a refill, an accessory, or an upgrade in a month or two rarely hears about it at the moment they would actually want it, because most cross-sell effort stops at the checkout page and never follows the customer afterward.
Upsell has a similar problem in the other direction: a customer on an entry-tier plan or a smaller quantity who has clearly outgrown it, based on usage or reorder frequency, rarely gets offered the upgrade proactively, and instead has to notice the better option exists on their own.
What we do
We analyse your actual purchase history to find real product relationships, what genuinely gets bought together or in a predictable sequence, rather than assuming generic “you might also like” logic will work for every product. This often surfaces non-obvious pairings that convert far better than a best-seller block ever would.
We build timing rules specific to each product relationship: some cross-sells belong at checkout, others belong two weeks after delivery when a complementary product becomes relevant, others belong at a renewal point when an upgrade finally makes financial sense to the customer. The campaign fires automatically at the right moment through your CRM or store platform rather than requiring a manual send.
For upsell specifically, we look at usage or reorder frequency to flag customers who have clearly outgrown their current tier or quantity, and build the offer around that evidence rather than a blanket “upgrade now” message sent to everyone regardless of fit. Any discount used stays within margin rules we agree in advance.
What we need from you
Access to your purchase history, broad enough to find real product relationships rather than guessed ones, and your margin per product so any incentive used in the campaign stays genuinely profitable rather than just moving revenue around at a loss.
How we measure
Attach rate (how often the cross-sell or upsell offer actually converts), average order value lift, and the incremental revenue the campaign generates beyond what would have happened anyway, reported monthly. We track this per product relationship so you can see which pairings are earning their place in the campaign and which are not worth the message.
