Lead qualification on autopilot:
ask, score, route, never sleep

Every lead that lands in a messenger or a web form asks to talk to a human before anyone knows if it is worth a human's time. An agent asks the qualifying questions in the first minute, scores the lead against your criteria, and only then wakes up a manager.

The process today

A lead messages a business page or fills a form, and somewhere between that moment and a manager actually reading it, a meaningful share of the value leaks out. Teams that measure it usually find managers spend a large part of their day on leads that were never going to buy: wrong budget, wrong city, wrong timing, a student project instead of a company, a competitor doing research. None of that is visible until someone has already spent five or ten minutes on the conversation.

The second cost is speed. Leads that wait more than a few minutes for a first reply convert at a noticeably lower rate than ones answered immediately, and a manager juggling five chats at once cannot answer everyone in the first minute, every time, especially outside working hours. A lead that messages at 11pm and gets a reply at 9am the next day has often already messaged a competitor too.

The third cost is consistency. Different managers ask different qualifying questions, in a different order, with a different tone, so the same lead can get three different experiences depending on who happens to pick up the chat, and a sales lead reviewing the pipeline cannot compare leads against the same criteria because the criteria were never applied the same way twice.

What the agent does

The agent answers the first message within seconds, in the channel the lead chose, and asks the specific questions your sales team actually needs: budget range, timeline, decision-maker status, use case, whatever qualifies a lead for your product. The script is written with your team, not guessed from a generic template, and tested against a sample of your real past conversations before it goes live.

Every answer feeds a scoring rule you define: hard qualifiers that disqualify immediately (wrong geography, no budget at all), soft signals that raise or lower a score (urgency, company size, stated budget range), and a cut-off above which a manager gets an alert with the full conversation and the score attached. Leads below the cut-off are still logged in the CRM with their answers, nothing is thrown away, they simply do not interrupt a manager’s day.

The agent writes every lead into your CRM as it goes: amoCRM, HubSpot, KeyCRM or a plain Google Sheet if that is what your team actually uses, with the score, the answers and a short reasoning line a manager can scan in two seconds. If the lead goes quiet mid-conversation, the agent sends one well-timed follow-up before marking the lead as cold, instead of leaving it hanging in an open chat window that nobody checks.

What stays with humans

Anything that sounds like a negotiation, a custom quote, or a question the script was not written to answer gets handed to a person with the conversation attached, so nothing needs repeating. The scoring rules themselves are set and changed by your sales team, not guessed by the agent, and a manager can always see why a lead scored the way it did. Closing the deal, and any judgment call about a borderline lead, stays with a person.

Guards

Every scored lead is logged with its full conversation and the reasoning behind the score, so a manager can audit any decision after the fact. The script runs in a dry-run mode against real incoming leads for one to two weeks before it is allowed to send a live reply, and a kill switch turns the agent off in one message if something looks wrong. Rate limits per channel keep the agent inside messenger anti-ban rules instead of sending a burst of messages that gets an account flagged.

Price and timeline

Option Price What it covers Timeline
Single automation from $600 One channel, fixed script, scoring rules, CRM write-up 3 to 7 days
Department package from $2,500 Lead qualification plus routing, follow-ups and pipeline alerts across your sales team 2 to 4 weeks

Running cost is usually $20 to $100 a month in model usage depending on lead volume, with a budget cap set before launch.

Pair this with lead routing to managers so a qualified lead reaches the right person, not just any free manager, and with follow-up sequences so a lead that goes quiet gets a second chance automatically. For B2B pipelines, B2B outreach personalisation runs the same scoring logic upstream, before the lead even replies. FAQ

How much does lead qualification automation cost?

From $600 for one channel with a fixed script and scoring rules, live in 3 to 7 days. Multi-channel setups with CRM scoring across Telegram, WhatsApp and web chat usually land in the $1,500 to $4,000 range, closer to our Sales agent package.

How long before it is live?

3 to 7 days once we have your qualifying questions and scoring criteria. Most of that time goes into testing the script against real past conversations, not building the plumbing.

Which tools does it connect to?

Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram Direct and your site's chat widget on the input side; amoCRM, HubSpot, KeyCRM or a Google Sheet on the output side. If your CRM has an API, we write the lead and its score directly into it.

What happens if the agent scores a lead wrong?

The scoring rules are yours, written with your sales team, and every score comes with the reasoning attached so a manager can see why a lead landed where it did. Borderline leads default to a human review instead of being dropped.

Is our lead data safe?

Conversations stay in your CRM and your messenger accounts, keys are yours, and we log every message the agent sends so you can audit the full exchange at any time.
