A Telegram bot that interviews candidates,
scores them and shows the agency a live panel

For a labour-migration staffing agency we built a Telegram bot on Claude that talks to candidates, scores them and sends approve/reject buttons to admins, plus a Flask web panel with a live dashboard, dialogue list, candidate CRM with CSV export and a live event log.

What it does

Candidates write to a Telegram bot. The AI conducts the first interview in the candidate’s language, collects the required data, scores fit and sends the summary to the agency’s admins with approve and reject buttons. Everything is logged as events, from registration to every AI call and error.

The web panel gives the agency a live dashboard, the full list of dialogues, a candidate CRM with CSV export and a live event feed with filters, so a non-technical team can run recruitment without opening the code.
