Listings for every marketplace
without retyping a single spec
Listing the same product on five marketplaces means rewriting the same description five times in five different formats, and every manual rewrite is a chance to drop a spec or miss a category rule that gets the listing rejected. We build an agent that drafts every marketplace's version from one source of truth and formats it to that platform's actual rules.
The process today
A product with a clean, complete description in your main store still needs rewriting for every other marketplace it gets listed on, because each platform has its own character limits, required attributes, category structure and formatting quirks. A catalogue of a few hundred items across three or four marketplaces easily turns into more than a thousand individual listings, each one hand-adjusted, and sellers running this manually commonly report that listing a single new product across multiple channels takes an hour or more once formatting and category mapping are included.
The error rate compounds with volume. A missed required attribute gets a listing rejected outright. A category mismatched to the platform’s taxonomy buries a product where buyers never find it. A description copied over without adjusting for a platform’s own search behavior underperforms even when every fact in it is correct. None of these mistakes are hard to avoid individually, but at the scale of hundreds of SKUs across several marketplaces, manual listing is where the errors live.
What the agent does
Drafts every marketplace version from one source catalogue, so a product’s specs, images and core description only need to be correct once, and every platform-specific version is generated from that single source of truth.
Maps categories and attributes per platform, translating your own catalogue’s structure into each marketplace’s required fields and taxonomy, catching the attribute mismatches that cause silent de-ranking or outright rejection.
Formats titles, bullets and descriptions to each platform’s actual rules, character limits, required disclosure language, formatting conventions, instead of one generic description pasted everywhere with the characters just cut off at the limit.
Runs a compliance check before submission, screening against that specific marketplace’s known rejection reasons (prohibited terms, missing required fields, image spec violations) so a draft fails in review, not after a real submission.
Adjusts keywords per platform’s own search behavior, since what ranks on one marketplace’s internal search does not necessarily rank on another’s, without changing the underlying facts about the product.
Tracks source changes and re-drafts automatically, so updating a product’s description or specs in your main catalogue flags every marketplace listing built from it for a refresh, instead of the update only reaching one platform.
What stays with humans
The agent drafts, it never submits a listing on its own. Pricing decisions, category choices that affect how a product is positioned against competitors, and any claim with legal or regulatory weight (certifications, safety claims, country-specific disclosures) are reviewed by a person before anything goes live. A rejected listing’s underlying cause, when it is not a simple formatting fix, goes to a human to resolve with the marketplace.
Guards
A draft queue holds every generated listing for approval before it reaches a marketplace, so a formatting or compliance miss gets caught in review rather than as a live rejection. Every draft logs which source data and which platform rules it was generated against, so a reviewer can verify a claim quickly. Rate limits keep submissions within each marketplace’s own API limits to avoid account flags, and a kill switch stops generation or submission instantly.
Price and timeline
| Package | Price | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Single automation | from $900 | One source catalogue feeding listings to two to three marketplaces |
| Department package | from $2,500 | Listing generation plus catalogue sync and pricing rules across your full marketplace footprint |
5 to 10 days, most of it spent mapping category and attribute rules per marketplace so the first batch of drafts already passes compliance review.

FAQ
How much does an AI listing generation agent cost?
A single source catalogue feeding two to three marketplaces starts from $900. A department package covering listing generation plus catalogue sync and pricing rules starts from $2,500, with the exact price depending on how many marketplaces and categories are involved.
How long does it take to go live?
5 to 10 days: mapping your source catalogue fields to each marketplace's required attributes, learning each platform's specific formatting and compliance rules, and a review period where drafts are checked against real listings before submission goes live.
Which tools does it connect to?
Shopify, WooCommerce or your own catalogue system as the source, Amazon, eBay, Etsy and similar marketplaces through their seller APIs, image processing for spec-compliant photos, and Claude for drafting titles, bullets and descriptions tuned to each platform's own search behavior.
What if the agent generates a listing that gets rejected?
Every draft is checked against known rejection reasons for that specific marketplace before submission, and nothing goes live without a human reviewing it first. If a rejection does happen, the reason feeds back into the compliance check so the same mistake does not repeat.
Is our catalogue data safe?
The agent reads only the catalogue and marketplace accounts you connect it to, under your own API credentials, and does not retain your product data outside the drafting session. Credentials stay yours and can be revoked at any time.
