SEO for Telegram bots:
found on Google, not just inside the app

A Telegram bot or Mini App is invisible to Google by default, since a search engine cannot crawl inside Telegram's own interface. We built a static SEO site around our own Telegram-based product, 973 pages generated from a 40,235-phrase keyword core, to solve exactly this, and we do the same for clients.

Where the money leaks today

A well-built Telegram bot or Mini App can have real product-market fit and still grow only through word of mouth and paid ads, because nothing about it is visible to a search engine. Someone searching the exact problem the bot solves will never find it, since Telegram’s own interface is not crawled or indexed the way a website is, and there is no external page to show up instead. The product exists; as far as Google is concerned, it does not.

A related gap: even where a Telegram bot has an active, engaged user base inside the app, almost none of that activity generates anything crawlable by a search engine, so a bot with genuinely strong retention and word-of-mouth growth can still show zero organic discovery, a disconnect that is easy to miss because the bot’s own internal metrics look healthy.

What we do

We build a static, fully indexable site or landing layer outside Telegram that covers the bot’s real use cases in the language people actually search, with deep links back into the bot or Mini App that preserve context like which plan or topic the visitor came from. Where the bot’s use cases repeat across topics, cities or products, we build this programmatically, the same approach behind our own 973-page site. We bridge analytics so clicks from the external SEO layer through to bot activation are actually measurable, not a black box.

We specifically design the deep-link structure so a visitor arriving from the external SEO layer lands inside the bot already in the right context (the specific plan, topic or flow they searched for), rather than dropping them at a generic bot start screen that forces them to re-explain what they wanted, which measurably affects activation rate.

What we need from you

A clear list of the real problems the bot solves, in plain customer language rather than feature names, deep-link or referral parameter support from whoever built the bot, and a domain to host the external layer on if one does not already exist. Share your bot’s current activation funnel (open, first action, retained after a week) if you track it, since that baseline is what we measure the new organic traffic’s quality against, rather than treating every click the same.

How we measure

Organic sessions on the external layer, click-through from that layer into the bot or Mini App, and bot activation or signup rate attributed to that traffic specifically, not lumped in with other channels. We track activation rate specifically for visitors who arrive through the external SEO layer versus other channels, since organic visitors who had to search for the problem first sometimes activate differently than visitors who arrived through a direct referral.

Price and timeline

Option Price What it covers Timeline
Launch or audit from $700 Landing site covering core use cases, deep links, basic analytics bridge 2 to 3 weeks
Monthly management from $800 / month Ongoing programmatic page expansion as the bot’s feature set grows monthly, no lock-in
Full control, handover to your team from $1,800 Full site and the generator behind it documented and handed to your developer 3 weeks

As the bot’s feature set grows, the external layer should grow with it rather than being treated as a one-time project, which is the same logic behind our programmatic SEO pages service: a pattern that repeats deserves a template and a data model, not a page written by hand every time a new use case ships. As AI answer engines become a bigger share of how people research before trying a new tool, the structure that makes an external layer crawlable for Google also tends to make it citable there too. This pairs with programmatic SEO pages for the templated version at scale and AI search optimisation since bots are increasingly discussed inside AI answer engines too. Full service: SEO and content. The exact case this is based on: a 973-page SEO site for a Telegram-based product. Get in touch with what your bot actually does and we will map the search terms that could lead someone to it.

FAQ

Why does a Telegram bot need SEO at all?

Because almost nobody searches '[your bot name]' by name before they have heard of it; they search the problem it solves, and that search happens on Google, not inside Telegram, so a bot with zero external web presence is invisible to that entire audience.

How much does this cost?

From $700 for a focused landing site with the core use cases covered; a larger programmatic build (dozens to hundreds of pages matching the bot's full feature set) runs $2,000 to $4,000, similar to our programmatic SEO pricing.

How long until the bot gets organic signups?

The external site needs to be indexed first, typically 2 to 6 weeks, after which it behaves like any other SEO property: compounding traffic over 3 to 6 months as it earns authority.

Does this work for a Mini App specifically, not just a classic bot?

Yes, the same principle applies: the Mini App's interface itself is not crawlable, so the external layer is what search engines actually see and rank.

What do you need from us?

A clear list of the bot's actual use cases and the problems it solves in plain language, deep-link or referral parameter support from your bot's developer, and a domain to host the external layer on.
