What is built

A monorepo with a Fastify backend, a Next.js web app and an Expo mobile app sharing one HD wallet implementation across ten networks. Prices stream from CoinGecko, swaps are aggregated per ecosystem, and the structure is ready for a card provider once credentials exist. Security follows the usual rules we apply to anything that touches money: JWT with refresh rotation, argon2id, TOTP 2FA, encrypted seeds. Published as a capability demonstration; it is not a live service.
