A Telegram bot that designs product cards
to one visual standard, ten times cheaper
An internal Telegram bot that generates 1080×1080 product cards in Thai and English, product scenes and free images, with engine switching (Sora, gpt-image, Gemini), a chat with model fallback, and a calibration system that measures the product on the finished card. Cost per scene fell from $0.40 to $0.04; product size deviation from 20% to under 2%.
The problem
Every small creative task went to a designer and waited. The team wanted to make a product card or a lifestyle scene in a minute, in one unchanging brand standard.
What we built
A password-protected Telegram bot with a daily limit per user: product card (fixed 1080×1080 layout, bilingual text, flavour badge), product scene, free generation, user references, and a chat with Claude falling back to GPT and Gemini. Image engines can be switched per task.
The hard part was consistency. Generated products drifted in size by up to 20%. We built a calibration loop that measures the product on the finished card, not the source scene, and adjusts until the deviation is under 2%; brightness is normalised on the photo zone. Switching engines for scenes cut cost from about $0.40 to $0.04 per image.
