Meta Ads run on revenue,
not on add-to-cart

Most Meta accounts we open are optimised for the wrong event: add-to-cart instead of purchase, or a pixel that sees a fraction of real orders. We start by fixing what the account measures, then scale what actually sells.

Where the money leaks today

Three failures repeat across almost every Meta account we open. First, the pixel fires on the wrong event, or on an event the business does not actually sell on, so the algorithm spends weeks optimising for add-to-cart while purchases stay flat. Second, the ad feed itself is broken: dead links, wrong prices, products that 404, which the algorithm punishes with a wider reach but worse buyers. Third, nobody has looked at the landing page the ads send traffic to, so Meta pays for a visit that a slow page or a confusing checkout then wastes.

We found one feed with 83 of 107 products live and 26 dead links; fixing that alone changed account performance before a single creative changed. The pattern is common enough that we audit the account and the funnel before we touch a single ad set.

The order matters more than any single tactic: numbers first, then the funnel, then tracking, then structure and creative, then scale. Skipping a step to get to the exciting part, new creative, faster, is the single most common reason an account stays stuck.

What we do

  • Audit first. We pull real order data from your store or CRM and compare it to what the pixel reports. It is common to find the platform sees a fraction of actual orders.
  • Fix tracking. Pixel and Conversions API together, server-side where the platform allows it, UTM discipline so your CRM and Meta agree on what happened.
  • Structure by intent. Campaigns split by cold, warm and retargeting audiences, not by product category alone. Budgets follow what Meta’s own data says is working, not what looks good in a screenshot.
  • Creative production. Hooks written from your actual objections and reviews, statics and short video in the formats each placement rewards, produced with an AI-assisted pipeline and a human sign-off before anything goes live.
  • Scale with guardrails. Weekly budget moves toward the audience and creative with the cheaper cost per result, with a floor and a ceiling so a bad week does not become a bad month.

What we need from you

  • Admin access to the Meta Business Manager and the ad account, or the ability to add us as a partner.
  • Access to your store, CRM or order system so we can verify the pixel against real sales.
  • Product photos or footage, logo files and any brand guidelines you already have.
  • One person who can approve creatives and sign off on budget changes within a few business days.
  • A realistic minimum budget: for most markets $1,000 to $1,500 a month in ad spend gives the algorithm enough conversions to learn.

How we measure

Reporting is in money, not clicks: spend, orders, revenue, ROAS and CAC pulled from the ad account and your own order data, not Meta’s attribution alone. You get a weekly number in Telegram or email and a monthly call that looks at the trend, not a single week’s noise.

Where volume allows, we also read results by audience and by creative, so a decision to keep or kill a campaign is based on enough data to be reliable, not on three days of a new launch.

Where volume allows, we also split reporting by placement, Feed, Stories, Reels, since the same creative can perform very differently across them and a blended number hides that.

FAQ

How much does this cost?

Management starts from $1,200 a month for one account, and a standalone audit or launch package also starts at $1,200. The exact number depends on how many markets and platforms you run and how much cleanup the account needs.

How long until we see results?

Launch takes 1 to 2 weeks once tracking and the funnel are in order. A first reliable read on performance takes 4 to 6 weeks, since the algorithm needs enough conversions to learn and a shorter window is mostly noise.

What ad budget do we need alongside this?

A realistic minimum is $1,000 to $1,500 a month in ad spend for a single market. Below that we usually recommend fixing the funnel and organic channels first and will say so honestly rather than take a budget that cannot produce a real read.

What do you need from us?

Business Manager access, your real order data to check against the pixel, brand assets, and one person who can approve creatives and budget changes within a few business days.

How do you report on performance?

A weekly number in spend, orders, ROAS and CAC from the ad account and your own order data, plus a monthly call that looks at the trend across weeks rather than one week's swing.
