Every system talking to every other system,
without a nightly spreadsheet export

Integrations fail quietly: a sync stops, nobody notices, and three weeks later someone finds a gap in the data. We build the hub with retry logic and monitoring from day one, so a broken connector is a Telegram alert, not a quarterly surprise.

What it is and who needs it

An ETL and integrations hub moves data reliably between the systems a business actually runs on, a CRM, an ERP, ad platforms, an online store, instead of someone manually exporting and importing spreadsheets on a schedule they may or may not remember. It fits any business running more than two or three disconnected systems where data needs to flow between them regularly. It is not worth building for two systems that sync fine through an existing native integration; the value is in the gaps no off-the-shelf connector covers.

What is inside

Each connector is built specifically for the systems involved, not a generic integration template, since real APIs have real quirks: rate limits, pagination, inconsistent field naming, that a generic tool glosses over until it breaks in production. Retry logic with backoff handles temporary failures automatically, and idempotent writes mean a retried sync never creates duplicate records even if it runs twice against the same batch of data. Monitoring watches every sync and alerts your team the moment one stops working, rather than a quarter going by before someone notices a gap. A full log of every sync run, what moved, what failed, when, makes a data discrepancy something you can actually trace back to its cause.

How we build it

We start by mapping exactly which systems need to talk to which, and in what direction, since an integrations hub built around assumed data flow instead of actual business process creates more problems than it solves. Each connector gets built and tested against the real API’s actual behavior, including its rate limits and failure modes, not just its happy-path documentation. Retry and idempotency logic get tested by deliberately simulating failures, a dropped connection mid-sync, a duplicate webhook, before launch, since these are the failure modes that matter most in production. Monitoring and alerting go live from day one, not added after the first undetected gap.

What to watch

The main risk in any integration is a silent partial failure, a sync that runs without erroring but moves incomplete or stale data, which is harder to catch than an obvious crash and more damaging because it looks like success in the logs. This is why idempotency and full sync logging matter as much as the connectors themselves. Rate limits on the systems being connected are the other recurring constraint, pushing too hard against a CRM or ad platform’s API risks throttling or a suspended integration, not just a slow sync, so pacing is deliberate from day one, following the same external-API discipline we apply everywhere.

Timeline and price

Option Price What it covers Timeline
MVP from $1,800 Two systems connected, retry logic, sync monitoring 4 to 5 weeks
Production from $4,500 Four or more systems, idempotent writes, full sync log, tuned scheduling 6 to 8 weeks
Full control (handover-ready) from $7,650 Everything in Production, plus a full handover package: architecture docs, test suite, admin access audit, and a walkthrough so your own team or another vendor can run it without us 8 to 9 weeks

Running cost on top of the build is usually $15 to $55 a month in hosting, depending on sync frequency and system count.

What you own at the end

You own the connectors, the sync logic, the full sync history and the source code, running on your own infrastructure with no per-task billing from a third-party platform. Documentation covers every connector’s behavior and failure handling, so adding a new system later does not require starting from scratch.

FAQ

How much does an integrations hub cost?

From $1,800 for connecting two systems (say, your store and your CRM) with retry logic and monitoring. A hub connecting four or more systems with scheduling and a full sync log runs $4,500 to $7,500.

How long does it take?

Four to five weeks for two systems with well-documented APIs. Each additional system, or one with a poorly documented or rate-limited API, adds to the timeline, typically bringing a four-system hub to seven to nine weeks.

What is the stack?

Python and FastAPI for the connectors and sync logic, PostgreSQL for sync state and logging, and whatever scheduler fits the volume, cron for simple syncs, Celery for anything needing retries and queuing.

Who owns the hub?

You. The connectors, the sync logic and the code run on your own infrastructure. There is no iPaaS subscription billed per task or per connector; it is your code, documented, running on your server.

What happens when an API the hub depends on goes down?

Retry logic with backoff handles temporary outages automatically, and if a system stays down past a threshold, monitoring alerts your team instead of the sync failing silently and nobody noticing until a report looks wrong.
