30,000+ app installs in tier-3 markets
with a six-person team built from scratch
This is where Senator Media began: a media-buying company run as COO and co-founder. We built the office, the team of six, the infrastructure (Keitaro, tracking, payment solutions, accounts), tested geos and offers with split tests, ran Meta Ads up to $500 a day in Brazil, Bangladesh and Ecuador, built PWA apps and trained pixels on third-party data. Result: 30,000+ installs, ad metrics improved more than ten times, ROI around 30%.
The task
Build a media-buying operation from zero for an investor: team, office, infrastructure, processes, and campaigns that return more than they cost in some of the cheapest and most competitive markets in the world.
What we did
Operation. A team of six, an office in Montenegro, investor relations and reporting, hiring and interviews, an internal accounting system, budget allocation across the team, payment solutions and agent accounts.
Infrastructure. Keitaro tracking with split tests of geos and offers, cloaking and anti-detect tooling, PWA and WebView apps, spy services and ad libraries for creative research, pixels trained on third-party data.
Campaigns. Meta Ads with spend up to $500 a day per account in Brazil, Bangladesh and Ecuador, A/B testing of creatives, partner network relationships and offer sourcing.
The result
More than 30,000 installs, optimisation metrics improved more than ten times against the starting point, ROI around 30%. The brand name stayed with us: Senator Media the studio grew out of Senator Media the media-buying company.
What we took from it
Media buying at this intensity teaches discipline that agencies rarely have: every dollar is tracked, every creative is a test, every account is a risk to manage. That discipline is now in every client campaign we run.
