A Shopify audit, a catalogue rebuilt into 7 lines,
and a new mobile-first store for Thailand

For a sports nutrition brand in Thailand we audited the live Shopify store (81% of products outside categories, zero reviews, no compare-at prices, missing regulatory numbers) and fixed it, then built a new mobile-first store: 37 products normalised into 7 lines and 43 SKUs, PromptPay and COD, Thai addresses, an eight-mechanic promo engine, LINE login, 106 backend tests and 73 pages.

The audit

Four review agents and a human walked the live store: 81% of products sat outside any category (37 cards instead of 7 lines), the reviews widget was installed with zero reviews, 0 of 49 products had a compare-at price, regulatory numbers were present on 6 of 37 products, translations in two languages were broken. We fixed what could be fixed on Shopify through CSV imports and categorisation, and installed Meta Pixel with Enhanced Matching and the Conversions API.

The new store

Thailand needs PromptPay, cash on delivery, TrueMoney and LINE instead of email. We normalised the catalogue (7 lines, 43 SKUs, 61 photos), chose the integrations (Opn for PromptPay, Shippop for delivery, LINE OA with a fallback), and built on Next.js and FastAPI: a bilingual catalogue, a cart with a promo engine of eight mechanics, a checkout with server-side recalculation, Thai address rules, idempotent COD, QR payment with polling, and a payment provider abstraction tested with a mock. 106 backend tests and 73 pages. Human end-to-end testing found the integration seams that green tests did not.
